We recommend to switch to the native iOS version.

You can use any type of label with Proxyclick.

However, if you choose to use a DYMO printer (as most of our customers do), then you must use DYMO labels. (Not sure which printer to install? Check printer options available on Proxyclick).

Most popular DYMO badges

DYMO LabelWriter printers can print 100 different types of DYMO labels. However 3 sizes are most suited for visitor badges. These 3 are shown below, including shape and  size, European reference number, labels per roll, and whether they are adhesive (“removable”) or non-adhesive.

U.S. equivalences are:

  • 30374 (US) = S0929100 (EUR)
  • 30856 (US) similar to S0929110 (EUR) 30857 is larger (57mm x 102mm) than S0929110 (41mm x 89mm). There is no US equivalent to S0929110.
  • 30857 (US) similar to S0722560 (EUR)

Which DYMO badge should I use?

It all depends on your needs. S0722560 is adhesive and can be attached directly to your visitor’s shirt or jacket. However, the adhesive used is relatively weak and the badge may not stick well to certain fabrics. If you want to ensure that your badges are attached firmly, we recommend the other two types. S0929100 needs to be put in a plastic holder (which can be obtained from an office supplies distributor), while S0929110 can be attached with a pin.

Among other options is an expiring badge (30911 (US)), on which a STOP sign appears after 12 hours. If you have specific requirements beyond these options, please contact us.

What if I print on another printer (not on a DYMO)?

If you print with a generic printer using a PDF, the default format is “Credit card” size (CR80, 85.6mm x 54mm). Other formats may also be used. Please contact us if you need more information.
