You’ll notice the kiosk checks the validity of the number format. This maximizes the quality of the data and thus the delivery of the text message.
Here’s how to display this screen on the kiosk:
1.Please make sure you are using the native iPad version of the Kiosk. The mobile number can only be captured on that version. (Not sure which version you use?)
2. Go to Account and Settings > Kiosk > Custom Screens > Button “Manage Custom Screens”. Add the mobile screen from the left pane. Make sure there are arrows connecting all elements of the flow depicted on the right.
3. (Optional). You can also change the text displayed on the iPad in Account and Settings > Kiosk > Languages & texts
