Ever wondered what your visitors thought about their experience in your premises (access, interaction with reception staff, space and service provided …)?

Then, just ask them at check out on the kiosk. They might also very well provide very relevant and easy to implement suggestions.


In order to activate this feedback, just go to Visitors > Settings > Kiosk > General and select “yes” below “Visitor feedback”.


This will trigger the feedback screen at check-out.


Data entered by your visitors are visible at different places:

  • Visitor list


  • Performance graph in Reports > Visitors


  • Excel export
