The first step is to collect the mobile number of your visitors. Best way to is to ask for it in the kiosk.
If you need to text your visitors, just click on the emergency icon on the bottom left of the logbook and click “Text your visitors”.
Please enter the text to be sent in the pop-up and hit “send”.
The text message (SMS) will then be sent in bulk to all visitors in status checked-in for which a valid mobile number is stored. Tip: start your message by saying it is sent from your company reception (so your visitors understand rapidly it comes from you).
