Note: This help article is about the old “browser-based” version of our kiosk. This version is no longer proposed to new clients since 2017, yet is still used by some older clients.
We recommend to switch to the native iOS version.

The basics

In order to create an additional kiosk, you need an additional license key):

1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Kiosk > Kiosk List and hit “Add new Kiosk”

2. Enter Kiosk name and location if needed and click “Add”


3. Enter the new key in your second kiosk

You can repeat this in order to create additional kiosks.


Multiple entrances

If you install kiosks at different entrances in the same building, we recommend you specify the name of the entrance in the Kiosk (“West Wing” in example above).

This will be useful for your colleagues as they’ll know where to pick up their visitors. Indeed, the entrance name will be automatically specified in the check-in e-mail (see below).
