Your own password

If you need help resetting your own password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it. Here is how:

  1. Go to
  2. Insert your email address
  3. Click Reset password
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email*
  5. Click on Reset your password in the email and enter a new password
  6. Click Save

* If you don’t see the email in your inbox check your spam/junk folder.


Another user’s password

As an admin, you can also have us send a link to one of your users to reset their password. Here is how:

  1. Go to Settings/User Management
  2. Find the user you are looking for
  3. Click the Options button (3 dots aligned vertically)
  4. Choose Reset password
  5. The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password
